If you run it in production

Building on the framework is one thing. Running the result on a server that has to answer at three in the morning is another, and it is mostly not a code problem. Disks, clocks, certificates, a gateway that stopped registering.

We monitor production nodes for customers on a yearly plan, including servers running their own builds on top of ICTCore rather than one of our packaged products. This explains what the agent reports and how alerts are decided.
